Get Net Fit for the 2020 season with our 10 week court cardio fitness group sessions!

This clinic is open to our 2020 Allstars players aged 11 yrs to seniors.

Please only register if you are fully committed to every session to get the most from the program. Places are limited so if you aren’t committed you will take a place from someone who is – thank you for your understanding on this.
